Growing up in Indonesia, my introduction to Gingerbread comes from these Dutch windmill cookies that we can find in our local grocery store.  I could never just eat one. And the next thing you know, half of the case is gone.  =)

This melt in your mouth ganache will make you feel like you're walking through the Christmas Market in Europe. 

FLAVOR: This bonbon is spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and clove.

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla beans),  heavy whipping cream, butter, glucose, invert sugar, ginger, cinnamon and clove.
