This bonbon is inspired by a lavender bonbon I ate from a French chocolate shop.
FLAVOR: This flavor roller coaster starts with a burst of acidity from the lemon. As it diffuses, the floral note starts to unfold. Before the floral note gets too intense, the acidity of the lemon comes back to the forefront. And the journey ends with the creaminess of the white chocolate.
