Mandorla is an Italian word for Almonds. This bonbon is inspired by a traditional gianduja (a hazelnut paste mixed with chocolate). In ours, we use almonds.
FLAVOR: This bonbon has a nutty forward flavor from the almonds followed by a berry note that comes from the dark chocolate and ends with a slow sweet finish.
INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla bean), powdered sugar, almonds, cocoa butter.
