Mexican Hot Chocolate
I wanted to expand the flavor profile that represents the Americas. Mexican Hot Chocolate is commonly offered at a Mexican restaurants all over California.
FLAVOR: This bonbon is spiced with cinnamon, cayenne, and nutmeg, all commonly found in Mexican Hot Chocolates.
INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla beans), heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne.
