One of my neighbors happened to be a Brazilian who loves to bake.  We often swap desserts and for one holiday, she gifted me the most incredible passion fruit mousse.  The passion fruit brings in a strong punch against the light and airy mousse.  This bonbon is to celebrate the passion fruit in this dessert.
