I am finally starting a blog. My goal is to share a little more behind the scene. To pull the curtain open and share with you on the inspiration behind my bonbons, the stories behind each bonbon, and take you on a ride in this crazy journey on building a chocolate shop.
For those who are not familiar with us, we are based in Santa Clara and run a chocolate business out of our home-based kitchen. We serve folks in the Bay Area and offer a pick-up and local delivery. We are at the Menlo Park Farmers Market every Sunday. But as the warm season is coming upon us, we will continue to be there as long as the weather is not too warm.
