This bonbon is inspired by an Indonesian street food called Putu Bambu. It's the one food that would transports me to my childhood.   This bonbon was our contribution to the AAPI Chocolatiers box released in May 2022. 

FLAVOR:  The combination of Gula Jawa (also known as Gula Melaka) and Pandan is what's used in Putu Bambu. 

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla beans), White Chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, lactose, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans gula jawa, heavy whipping cream, butter, glucose, invert sugar, pandan, and pandan extract,  

ALLERGENS: Dairy.
