FLAVOR: This bonbon is a fully body dark chocolate caramel. It provides a nice balance between the sweetness of the caramel and the fruit forward flavor of the dark chocolate. 

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla beans), raspberry, sugar, heavy whipping cream, butter, and glucose.
