FLAVOR: This caramel provides a unique flavor journey that starts with dark chocolate and then it slowly transitions to the unique tart flavor of the yuzu.  It continues to linger even after it melts away. 

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla beans), yuzu, sugar, heavy whipping cream, butter, and glucose.

A sweet treat for our guests!

I recently had favors made for my husband’s 60th birthday party, our guests loved the delicious truffles! The packaging and thank you note in each box was such a nice touch. Charlotte’s attention to detail was exceptional!
